N3School / Student information

Student information

The child, not a pile of files.

A parent says a number. The office should not open three registers to find the child, the class, and whether they are still in school.

  • Find by the school’s number
  • Class and photo together
  • Documents on the child

The child is split across too many places.

The name is in one register, the photo is in a drawer, the fee is in another book, and the document someone asked for is in a file that moved last year.

When the list is long, the office loses time on spelling. The number the school already uses is the faster way to the right child.

From a number to the whole child.

The order the office already works in. N3School keeps each step on the child, the class, or the school — so the next person does not start again.

Search

The number is enough.

The office does not have to remember which spelling was used on the form. The number the school chose is how lists, search, and print agree on who this is.

  • Active students as the working list
  • Left students still searchable
  • The same number on bills and reports

The record

Photo and papers travel with the child.

A photo for the ID card and the documents the school asked for live on the student. The office is not hunting a separate folder when someone asks for a paper.

  • Photo on the record
  • Documents uploaded to that child
  • ID card printed from the same record

The working list

Today’s students are the ones still in school.

Billing, attendance, and class lists should not be crowded by children who left. They remain on record. They are not mixed into the morning’s work.

  • Active list for daily work
  • Left children kept for history
  • Class lists follow who is here

Who feels it

Built for the people in this part of the day.

The same record, used differently. Nobody has to keep a private copy so their part of the job still works.

  • The officeAnswer with the number, then open fees or the report from the same child.
  • The class teacherThe class list is the children who are actually in that class.
  • The parentWhat they are shown is this child, not the whole school.

The rest of the day
