N3School / Administration
Administration
The office around the students.
Students are the day. The office is also the people who work here, the money that goes out, who can sign in, and the name on the bill a parent takes home.
- Staff, including people who left
- Expenses beside fees
- The school’s name on the print
The school’s own office is still on paper.
A teacher leaves and the file is unclear: when they left, why, and whether they came back. Payroll and the staff list disagree about who is still employed.
A new clerk cannot sign in because a temporary password expired. The bill prints a name that is not quite the school’s name. Small things, every week.
From the people to the paper that leaves the office.
The order the office already works in. N3School keeps each step on the child, the class, or the school — so the next person does not start again.
- 01StaffAdd the person, with the ID and the documents the school keeps.
- 02When they leaveLast working day and reason. They move to past staff.
- 03If they returnA new joining and a new ID, with the old service still in past staff.
- 04The school on paperName, logo, and ID cards print as this school.
Staff
Who works here, and who used to.
Current staff and past staff are separate lists. Leaving asks for the last working date and the reason. Rejoining starts a new period with a new employee ID and keeps the earlier service on record. Payroll and the staff ledger sit with the people, not in a side book.
- Current staff and past staff
- Leave date and reason
- Rejoin without erasing the old period
Money out
Expenses are part of the month, not a drawer.
School expenses are recorded and can be listed for the same periods as payments: today, this week, this month. The accounting view puts money in and money out on one stretch of days.
- Record an expense
- The same periods as fee reports
- Beside what was collected
Who can sign in
A forgotten password should not lock the desk.
The school decides who has a login. When a password has expired or been forgotten, an administrator can issue a new temporary one and hand it over. The person sets their own password at the next sign-in.
- Logins for the people who need them
- A new temporary password when one expires
- They choose their own at the next sign-in
The school’s paper
Bills, cards, and reports wear this school’s name.
Branding, the ID card layout, and the fee paper are set for the school. A parent should see the school they know, on the bill, the receipt, the student card, and the staff card.
- School name and logo
- Student and staff ID cards
- Fee paper in the school’s layout
Who feels it
Built for the people in this part of the day.
The same record, used differently. Nobody has to keep a private copy so their part of the job still works.
- The officeStaff, expenses, and logins are in the same place as the students.
- A returning teacherThe new period starts clean. The old one is still history.
- The parentThe paper in their hand has the school’s name on it.
